This year, I will try to put everything work-related stuff here. So everyone including students, colleagues and other interested people can reach out.

This is one of the first pages I make, so it probably contains a lot of mistakes.

This academic year consists of 36 weeks:

1. quarter: 8 weeks
2. quarter: 8 weeks
3. quarter: 11 weeks
4. quarter 9 weeks

August 2024

Taking to olympic team of NIS Aktau was not easy task. Certainly it was fun one. When I go to another place usually, I try to see around or walk around while listening some good tunes.
But this time I had a challenge to accomplish: creating my own website. That is why I had a strict schedule: first running, then breakfast, and immediately at nine o’clock, I sit down in front of my computer to learn web development. Coding until lunch time, then continue again. Afternoon I did unusual pull-up training (Pull-up every half hour ten times). Dinner, fruit or sometimes tea, but mostly water and honey is good for me. And of course, coding until 22:00. Then sleeping. I met up with my old colleague and friend Asim. It was always fun to talk with your peers. And also, I gathered with my freshly graduated students who are accepted for NU.

September 2024

As always, the beginning of the education year feels amazing. We gathered next to beach restaurant to celebrate. And also, new members are joined. And like that, new educational season is open.

The member of World Health Organization (WHO) visited our school. I had a chance to have a conversation with him. And along with 12th grade students, we explored NISHUB.

October 2024

This month, I can call a sports achievement month for me. All the departments except PhysEd, are gathered to compete in a volleyball tournament among the departments. Our team consists of Benjamin, Orken, Aizhan, Kazbek, Temirlan and of course, captain myself. Even though we lost to Mathematics in the group stage, we had a chance to get a sweet revenge in the final game. We won the first place by beating the unbeatable Math legends. And then there is chess. Well, I did not play at my best, but still I got the shiny gold medal among the teachers. Among, students, well I lost three games. Next time, I should try harder to not get beaten by youngsters. I hope my new colleague Zhadyra all the best in the next competition.

The Fund ’Atadan Miras’ organized friendly soccer competition. There were several teams consists of teachers, business people, doctors. Our team did not lose any momentum from the beginning till the end. And this was added to our memory. Funny thing is during whoooole tournament, I touched the ball just once )).

Not to forget two amazing cakes from my dear 12th grade students with notes: To the Aktau’s Brad Pitt and Багов нет когда вы здесь. Both notes has an amazing stories to tell, I will tell them later. Here is one group of graduaters and me with no eyes)):

Zorcode closed. This make me feel sadness but give me huge relief. It is not end, do not worry I will pick you up once again, Zorcode.

November 2024

Big girl and little girl on the beach in the autumn.

We celebrated Benjamin’s birthday with bowling. There was a cake, of course, but this bowling day was much more amazing. Can you believe that I beat everyone on this photo? To be honest, I was amused, I am very bad at bowling. That was my lucky day, even though Temirlan tried hard not to lose.

Lots of olympiad preparation and lots of exams… lots of confusion.

December 2024

I had a chance to visit Astana (once again) with my friends from another schools in our city. It was snowy the day we arrived. I liked the weather that day because normally Astana is very cold and breezy. But that day, that day the city has calming chillness. We started visiting Astana Garden School. Learned huge amount, got plenty ideas from there.

That day I went banya, the real banya it was. The guy who guided us knew what he was doing. I can’t prove because we did not take a photo or shoot a video of it, but I dived to freezing lake in the middle of the night. It was amazing feeling, now I understand why people goes banya a lot in the winter.

Next day, we had a chance to tour a NU. Grand, big, huge… university with possiblities.
